The new Pharmacy First service is a free NHS service comprising of various ailments where Pharmacists are able to provide advice and NHS funded treatment where clinically appropriate.

Oral Contraception
If you require initiation of a contraceptive pill or require a repeat supply of a pill, we are able to provide this without hassle of booking an appointment with your GP.

Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) in Women
If you are aged 16-64, and have symptoms of a UTI, we can assess your condition and provide you with advice or medication subject to certain clinical conditions.

Shingles
If you are 18 and over, and suspect you have shingles, our Pharmacist will be able to check this and provide appropriate advice and treatment if required.

Impetigo
Do you suspect yourself or your child aged over 1 to have impetigo? Visit us today to have our Pharmacist inspect this and provide you a solution.

Infected Insect Bites
Insect bites generally subside with some OTC medication such as antihistamines. If you have other symptoms with the bite, book an appointment with our Pharmacist to see if further treatment is required.

Acute Sore Throat
A sore throat is very common and generally nothing to worry about. Book an appointment with our Pharmacist and they can advise further what treatment may be required.
